Mike serves as Chairman & CEO of SearchWide Global. He is also the co-founder of FutureWRX Solutions. Previously, he was SVP of Sales and Marketing for the Philadelphia CVB and held various leadership roles with Marriott International. He has served on the foundation boards of Destinations International, PCMA, MPI, and the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities and is currently on HSMAI America’s board and Foundation as well as the U.S. Travel Association Board of Directors.

Mark leads the retained search practice for SearchWide Global, specializing in recruiting top talent for destination marketing, hotels, venues, events, tradeshows, associations, and sports. Since 2006, he has guided search committees and organizations with a process and candidates customized to our clients’ needs. Mark’s leadership includes serving as a Board Trustee for the IAVM Foundation and on IAVM’s EXCOM Board of Directors, along with various leadership and task force committees. His diverse search experience provides insights into industry challenges and opportunities, helping SearchWide Global’s clients secure a competitive edge.

Cambria is a Certified Destination Management Executive (CDME) and Certified Digital Marketing Professional (CDMP). She graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a master’s degree in Emerging Media and Communication and completed post-graduate studies at the London School of Public Relations. With over ten years of experience, she leads the planning, development, and implementation of marketing programs at SearchWide Global as well as the delivery of exceptional client and candidate experiences.

Jennifer joined SearchWide Global as an accountant and now oversees all financial and HR functions. She leads the firm’s culture by fostering an inclusive and collaborative environment aligned with our values and goals. Her consistent drive for efficiency brings a unique, all-encompassing perspective to SearchWide Global.

Wendy is an accomplished talent acquisition professional with extensive experience leading talent acquisition efforts for multiple hotel/resort management companies. Her ability to design and implement effective recruiting strategies has enabled her to attract, evaluate, and hire top talent for organizations across various industries. As the Global Head of SearchWide Connect, Wendy leads the division in providing management candidates faster than traditional search.

Kellie works in all sectors of hospitality, travel and tourism. She is an expert at recognizing clients’ needs, identifying best-in-class talent and leads our industrywide diversity initiative. She proudly serves on the Destinations International Foundation Board of Trustees is very involved in several other industry organizations. Previously, Kellie worked in the DMO and hotel industry.

Nicole works in all sectors of the hospitality and travel industry. Her experience in group sales, catering and event planning gives her a unique perspective on executive level recruitment. A member of MPI, Southern California Chapter, she served on the Executive Board as President.

John leads SearchWide Global’s hotel and resort practice. Prior to joining SearchWide Global, he was Director of Sales with the Cincinnati CVB and served 12 years in the Chicago hotel industry dedicated to his sales and leadership positions with Starwood and Hyatt Hotels and Resorts.

Andrea specializes in executive search for C-Level and Director Level professionals as well as business development in the experiential event marketing segment along with the tradeshow and convention industries. Her previous experience at a SaaS company focused on leadership development, her experience in hospitality, and her skills in business strategy, organizational effectiveness, change management, and talent acquisition bring a unique perspective to Executive Search and Organizational Strategy.

Kathryn graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Business Administration – Marketing. She has 14 years of experience in hotels and resorts, including properties on Amelia Island and in South Beach, FL. Kathryn assists with SearchWide Global’s hotel and resort searches and business development initiatives.

Brian-Douglas assists with Director and C-level searches and business development initiatives in the destinations segment. With more than 20 years of experience in hospitality and tourism, his focus is on identifying and recruiting top talent for destination organizations, convention and visitors bureaus, and other tourism-related entities.

Carmen is an Executive Recruiter specializing in C-level and Director-Level professionals and business development in the experiential event marketing segment, as well as the tradeshow and convention industries. With over two decades of experience in recruiting and talent management, Carmen is known for her imaginative talent acquisition strategies and inclusive hiring practices. Her tenure as Talent Acquisition Director at EssenceMediacom with their bespoke agency Media Futures Group and pivotal roles at Colossal Media, Freeman, and Wyndham Hotels underscore her ability to innovate recruitment processes. As an expansion of her professional achievements, Carmen is a passionate singer/musician and has been writing and recording music for over 20 years.

Chris provides noteworthy expertise in sourcing and recruiting talent across many sectors. His previous work at Magnit included collaborating with renowned global brands such as Disney and Netflix, highlighting his strategic acumen in high-volume staffing. Equipped with an MBA, Chris’s prior achievement in building partnerships at HRU Technical Resources proves his capability to enhance recruitment strategies and maintain crucial industry relationships.

Tracy manages search logistics across all sectors, ensuring that the process is completed successfully, and assists with daily operations. Prior to SearchWide Global, she spent 11 years in the sports and events industry. Tracy holds a communications degree from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire.

Danielle graduated from Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a Communications and Marketing degree. With interpersonal communications and client relationship experience, she focuses on assisting the project coordinators with interaction with clients, along with assisting with SearchWide Global’s daily marketing operations.

Devon is a Recruiting Associate for SearchWide Global and a graduate of Ausburg University, where he earned a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance. He also earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Management, with minors in Management Information Systems and International Business from Augsburg University.

Sara assists with daily operations and manages search logistics across all sectors, ensuring the successful completion of the process. Before SearchWide Global, she spent several years working as a Human Resources Specialist. Sara holds a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Minnesota State University – Mankato.

Danielle primarily supports SearchWide Connect as a Project Coordinator. With a solid foundation of over ten years in customer-facing roles, Danielle excels in managing diverse projects and fostering team collaboration. Her previous leadership experience at Pasco Kids First and success as an Account Executive at SurveyMonkey illustrate her ability to exceed organizational goals. Holding a master’s degree in Developmental Disabilities and certifications in Project Management and Sales Development, Danielle helps drive projects to successful outcomes with her innovative strategies and collaborative spirit.

Rogine brings over 20 years of experience in human resources, most recently working as a Director of Human Resources with a Golf and Sports Division before joining SearchWide Global. She plays an important role in verifying references for candidates.

Butch Spyridon is a consultant specializing in interim assignments, special destination projects, entertainment, music, and sports. As former CEO of the Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp for 32 years, he helped transform Nashville into a top global destination, driving one-third of Tennessee’s visitor spending.

He played a key role in major developments like the Tennessee Titans, Bridgestone Arena, Music City Center, and the city’s branding as Music City. He also led the record-breaking 2019 NFL Draft and secured British Airways’ nonstop flight to London.

Now a strategic consultant, he advises companies, including the Baltimore Orioles and Bonnaroo Music Festival. He has served on the U.S. Travel Association Executive Committee and was inducted into the Events Industry Council’s Hall of Leaders in 2022.

Bill Hanbury is a global expert in destination marketing and hospitality, specializing in start-ups, structural rebuilds, and strategic planning. With 35 years as a CEO, he led organizations like Bermuda Tourism, Destination DC, and Visit Milwaukee.

As the first CEO of the Bermuda Tourism Authority, he drove economic revival and helped host the 2017 America’s Cup. In Washington, DC, he built a world-class destination marketing organization. A sought-after advisor, he has led major industry projects, including a 2023 convention center analysis and a high-profile Formula 1 event. Bill holds an MPA from Harvard and serves on multiple industry boards.
